Leave a legacy
You can either make a Will, or add a Codicil (a document which specifies alterations to your Will), but please remember the RSPCA Alton, Haslemere and Petersfield Branch is registered as an independent charity (no: 205153). To ensure that your funds end up where you wish, we respectfully suggest that the wording in your Will reads:
I give the sum of £……….. (or specify a share of residue) to the RSPCA Alton, Haslemere and Petersfield Branch, Registered Charity Number 205153, for its general purpose and I declare that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other proper officer of the said Branch for the time being shall be a full and sufficient discharge for said legacy.
A legacy provides vital funding for our charity and we wouldn’t be able to continue to carry out our important welfare work without such generous support.
